This kind of screw is characterized by low screw in torque and high locking performance. It has better working performance than ordinary dry wall screw, and has been used instead of machine screw.
2、 Drywall nailing of wallboard
Used for connection between gypsum wallboard and metal keel. The thread is a double headed thread, and the thread surface also has high hardness (≥ hrc53), which can be quickly screwed into the keel without making prefabricated holes, so as to form a connection.
3、 Self drilling dry wall nail
The difference between it and ordinary drywall nails is that when ordinary drywall nails are connected, they must go through two processes: drilling (drilling threaded bottom hole) and tapping (including fastening connection); When the self drilling dry wall nail is connected, the two processes of drilling and tapping are combined and completed at one time. Firstly, the drill bit in front of the screw is used for drilling, and then the screw is used for tapping (including fastening connection), so as to save construction time and improve construction efficiency.
4、 Pan head and hex head drywall nails
It is applicable to the occasion where the drill bit is allowed to be exposed. The hexagonal head dry wall nail can follow a larger torque than the pan head dry wall nail.
Countersunk head and hexagonal flower shaped drywall nails are suitable for occasions where the nail head is not allowed to be exposed. Hexagonal flower shaped drywall nails can bear greater torque than static head drywall nails.
Semi static head dry wall nail is suitable for occasions where the nail head is allowed to be slightly exposed. During the assembly and disassembly of dry wall nails, slotted dry wall nails need a slotted screw driver, cross grooved dry wall nails need a cross screw driver, inner hexagonal flower shaped dry wall nails need an inner hexagonal flower shaped wrench, and hexagonal head dry wall nails need a solid wrench, a ring wrench, a socket wrench or a monkey wrench.
